Saga – Norman Standard Bearer: Part 2

The paper and foil composite dried really well overnight. From there it was a simple exercise to apply the transfer.

Stick the transfer face down and apply a small amount of water to peel off the back

I then cut the transfer out with a hobby knife, covered the inside with super glue to increase toughness, folded it in half and applied to the standard.

The final step was to mould the standard into a more natural shape. I will paint around the white sections a bit later but I’m really pleased with the results and it will act as a nice focal point to the army.
